After 2 years of frustration for being unable to participate on Elementary Table Tennis, Joey finally entered high school and immediately join the try-outs for the table tennis club. He and Bermie became a regular member as a freshmen, both are clients of Caring for the Future Foundation.
Every weekends, he play with Bermie, who is also a CFF kids who played Table tennis for 2 years in Elementary. They both practice to participate on High school division. Finally, the long awaited-tournament will be held at the Narciso Ramos Sports Complex Lingayen on September 11 and 12. Joey and Bermie are the doubles pair of Sual Highschool which are trained by their coach and houseparent Jerry Boco everyday. CFF, provided them new table tennis racket while Albermen, a volunteer of CFF donated STIGA balls which are purchased in Manila for their training. We are hoping for their triumph, "Joey already surpassed me" Jerry said. With everyone's support, we could help them build their dreams and boost their confidence and moral. Some of them are still on their search of what they really want to do, let's be the one to guide them!
